Review: The Harder They Fall

The storyline from IMDB:
When outlaw Nat Love discovers that his enemy Rufus Buck is being released from prison, he rounds up his gang to track Rufus down and seek revenge. Those riding with him in this assured, righteously new school Western include his former love Stagecoach Mary, his right and left-hand men hot-tempered Bill Pickett, fast drawing Jim Beckwourth, and a surprising surprise adversary-turned-ally. Rufus Buck has his own fearsome crew, including “Treacherous” Trudy Smith and Cherokee Bill, and they are not a group that knows how to lose.

An all-star cast, including Jonathan Majors, Idris Elba, Regina King, Zazie Beetz, LaKeith Stanfield, Danielle Deadwyler, Delroy Lindo, Edi Gathegi, RJ Cyler, and Deon Cole. They delivered their scenes with great on-chemistry, dynamic action, and dialogue; even their subtle non-verbal moments were beautifully done.

Jeymes Samuel (The Bullitts) did an incredible job writing, directing, and composing the soundtrack for the film; words cannot describe his excellent storytelling.

The soundtrack was incredible. Honestly, the music that accompanied the scenes took those moments to another level.

I highly recommend this film, even if you don’t like westerns, I believe you will enjoy it.
