Write Now and Later

I woke up with physical pain; I felt the headache…a potential migraine.  I cancelled my early morning workout, hoping the day-off will allow my body to recover.  Maybe the break in the routine is the reason I am feeling out-of-sorts…the pain in my hip and lower back allows no comfort.  The morning is getting darker; the Winter Solstice is approaching quickly.  It is unbelievable that we are in the Holiday Season; I am oblivious to the festivities
