Yesterday, I watched Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season two episode eight, “Under the Cloak of War.” The story is about a Klingon Ambassador formerly known as “The Butcher of J’Gal” whose presence triggers strong emotions from crew members who fought in the Klingon war including Ortega, Chapel, and M’Benga.
We learn from flashbacks that Chapel and M’Benga served together during the war. The story ends with a fascinating plot twist.
