Jimmy Fallon’s employees accused him of toxicity in the work environment. I’m not surprised to hear this news.
I felt the weight yesterday, everything happening all at once. My boss canceled meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday, then came into work on Thursday with a barrage of questions, changes, and requests for updates. Work and activities are happening behind the scenes on projects I’m involved with; it feels shady.
I don’t trust my employer or co-workers. All I can do now is put the walls back up and become guarded again.
