It was another cold morning as I worked out. Surprisingly, my shoulder held up with very little pain. I’m still thinking about Matthew Perry’s death. A friend of ours had to go to the ER due to the adverse effects of her cancer. I saw a couple of accidents on my way to work. Life is too short to be taken for granted.
