Write Now and Later

When it rains, it pours. My boss assigned me to manage another process. My cup runneth over. The “rationale” shared with me was, “You’re so organized…” So, my new leader overtaxes me because I do the things necessary to stay on top of my current workload; the saying is, “Good work gets rewarded with more work.”   But it rarely pays off.
