Another restless night.
I learned yesterday that another team member gave notice and is leaving this Friday. Maybe my weird dreams from the previous night were a warning of this situation. This situation is a repeat of six months ago when my boss resigned unexpectedly. I can’t keep up with the pace and workload, and I have to finish a project where he left off. I want to go home.
