Yesterday, a recruiter contacted me, stating, “I am very interested in speaking with you regarding your resume. Please send a list of days and times of your availability.” I immediately sent over a bulleted list of dates from 8/14 to 8/20 with the times 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PDT (Pacific Daylight Time). Three hours later, she responded, “Thanks, I will call you tomorrow, 8/14 at 9:00 a.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time). I assumed the EST was in error, but decided to play it safe and be up at 6:00 a.m. PDT for a possible call.
This morning, I waited for her call at 6:00 as planned; she did not call. At 9:00 a.m. PDT, I waited for her call. After 25 minutes of waiting, there was no call from her. At noon PDT, I sent her a follow-up email, “Let me know whether or not our call needs rescheduling.” I’m still waiting to hear from her.

I hope she is doing well, and if she is, then that is f**ked up.
