At Better Buzz’s new location, one of their outdoor tables had graffiti in black permanent marker. This is an interesting one because it doesn’t read like typical random graffiti (names, profanity, hearts, etc.). It looks more like someone was writing disconnected keywords and symbols associated with crime, terrorism, government agencies, martial arts, and conspiracy-related topics.

What I can make out from the image. Some of the handwriting is difficult to read, so a few items are necessarily speculative. Here is a breakdown of what was found written:

Marking & Possible Meaning

The letter “C” or Crescent moon symbol with arrows

Could be a doodle or indicate directions/movement. No obvious meaning by itself. Multiple arrows pointing in different directions suggest movement, plans, or connections between ideas.

“MS-13”

Refers to the Mara Salvatrucha criminal gang. Frequently mentioned in crime and political discussions.

“Surgery note” (appears to say surgery note, nose, or surgery move)

Unclear. So is the word “neo.”

Two signatures or scribbles

Could be someone’s initials or stylized handwriting.

Stars in circles

The strongest impression I get is “random conspiracy/action-thriller brainstorming” rather than an actual plan of any kind.

If I had to summarize the overall meaning in one sentence:
