Saturday night, October 28, 2017, we went to dinner at Emeril’s Fish House at the MGM Las Vegas. It was a special occasion. VJ Germano greeted us, his warmth and elation to see us set the tone for a beautiful meal. He remembered all of the items we ordered during our last visit, which always amazes me. He makes us feel like family.
For an appetizer, we had the Jumbo Crab Cake with Mirliton & Pepper Chow Chow and Lemon Aioli. This time for my main course, I ordered the Lamb served with House Made Sausage, Goat Cheese Pickled Pepper Potato Cake, Raw Vegetable Gremolata, Romesco, and Red Wine Demi. The lamb was cooked perfectly, my compliments to the chef. For dessert; I had the Banana Bread Pudding served with Fosters Sauce, Caramelized Bananas, and Vanilla Cream. Oh my goodness, it was delicious.
The food, the ambiance, and the service were immaculate. We had the best time that night. My heartfelt thank you to VJ and the staff of Emeril’s Fish House for everything. We hope to see you all again soon.
