SCOTUS did the deed and overturned Roe v. Wade. The “right to choose” is no longer protected by the law, and several states are now pushing their legislation to have abortions become a criminal act. Yet, many of these states are okay with mass shootings because they believe people have the right to bear arms.
“Thou shalt not kill” is a universal commandment, and if the pro-life politicians and judges want to use this as the pretext to dictate the rights of others, then use it across the board.
