Yesterday, the company announced layoffs and shared its sentiments about the tough decision to let employees go. The economy is causing unreal financial consequences. It has me feeling nervous and anxious.
Today, we received a letter from our Home Owner’s Association. The letter was a violation notice for an unregistered vehicle that was allegedly parked next to our property.
A few things to point out:
1. The vehicle didn’t belong to us.
2. We have no control over where people park as we are not the neighborhood patrol.
3. The photo of the alleged violation shows the car in question parked on the public portion of the street.
The situation was mishandled and we have a violation on our record that doesn’t belong to us.
