My boss is on vacation. One of her managers met with me to discuss my current projects; he was upfront with me about his questions because our managing director wanted to know why I hadn’t finished the process efficiency initiative. This project is the bane of my employment, which my boss kept pushing off for reasons.
Some employees are upset that there are people at work who want to work and leave instead of participating in the “culture” events. I don’t understand why it’s an issue.
History is repeating itself, and I wouldn’t say I like it.
