My October 9, 2023 horoscope said, “Some of us may receive news that gets under our skin and disrupts the day’s balance. Others may not know what to do with their situation and feel overly nervous or anxious. Today is a day to get through.”
It wasn’t lying, man.
My boss announced her resignation yesterday. She is leaving at the end of the month. Her boss did his best not to say anything, and he was successful. I thought I figured out this work situation, and then this happened. People come and go but when they say, “I’m not planning to go anywhere,” and then leave to pursue other interests it leaves me with a negative impression. Despite all of the turmoil and grieve, I was trying to make things work and now I feel like I wasted my time.
Tough times are ahead.
