Update: The Writing May Be a Map, Not a Message
Since my July 23 post, I’ve continued reviewing the writing found across the three Better Buzz surfaces—the table, wall, and mirror. The more I compare them, the more one possibility stands out: we may be looking less at three separate messages and more at a progression of thought.

When I first wrote about the Better Buzz graffiti on July 20, I saw a collection of strange words, names, locations, arrows, and symbols spread across three surfaces.
Weeks of research later, I don’t think that’s what we’re looking at anymore.
The most important discovery isn’t the meaning of any single word.
It’s the structure connecting them.
And once the table, wall and mirror are placed in sequence, something unexpected happens.
The writing begins to behave like a process.
The Table Wasn’t Random
The table contained the largest collection of information:
Boston. MS-13. Neo. 9/11. Twin Towers. “1 of 8.” “Attacks Complete.” Secret Service. John Wood. Syndicate MMA. Sunset. Rainbow. Las Vegas. Nevada.
There were also arrows, circled stars, underlining, and a strange diagram in the lower-left corner.
Initially, some of those references looked completely unrelated.
Then one of the strangest clusters started to resolve.
The table connects John Wood with Syndicate MMA, along with Sunset, Rainbow, Las Vegas, and Nevada.
Research showed that Wood is the founder and head coach of Syndicate MMA in Las Vegas.
But the Sunset/Rainbow references were the breakthrough.
Wood’s gym didn’t always operate as Syndicate.
Its history runs through several identities—including Combat Club, Xyience, Warrior, and Throwdown Training Center.
Throwdown operated at:
7575 W. Sunset Road.
Syndicate later operated at:
6315 S. Rainbow Boulevard.
The locations are approximately a mile apart.
Even more striking, historical information indicates the old Throwdown operation and present Syndicate operation used the same telephone number.
Suddenly:
John Wood — Syndicate — Sunset — Rainbow — Las Vegas — Nevada
didn’t look like six random references.
They looked like a compressed entity history.
That was the first major clue that the table might be functioning as a mind map or relationship graph.
Then Boston Became the Anomaly
Boston appears on the table, heavily emphasized.
But when the writing moves to the wall, something remarkable happens.
Almost everything disappears.
John Wood disappears.
Syndicate disappears.
Sunset and Rainbow disappear.
MS-13 disappears.
9/11 and the Twin Towers disappear.
Neo disappears.
But Boston remains.
And it becomes even more prominent.
Around Boston appear words that weren’t part of the original table cluster:
Launch.
Command.
Default.
Deform.
Along with several still-unresolved terms.
That produces a strange progression:
TABLE: many entities and relationships
↓
WALL: Boston + a new vocabulary
↓
MIRROR: something entirely different
Which brings us to perhaps the most revealing surface.
The Mirror Looks Like an Output
The mirror doesn’t simply repeat the wall.
Instead, the wall terminology disappears—and selected information from the original table returns:
9/11
Twin Towers
1 OF 8
Attacks Complete
Please Contact Secret Service
neo
That’s important.
The mirror isn’t a copy of the table.
It’s a selection from it.
The John Wood/Syndicate branch doesn’t survive.
The MS-13 branch doesn’t survive.
The surgery/nose material doesn’t survive.
Boston itself doesn’t survive.
But one very specific cluster does.
Even the visual hierarchy changes. On the table, “1 of 8” is relatively small.
On the mirror, “1 OF 8” becomes one of the largest elements in the entire message.
Something was re-weighted.
And There’s Another Detail Hidden in the Mirror Photograph
Some faint writing visible in the mirror initially looked like additional mirror graffiti.
It isn’t.
It’s backward.
The mirror is actually reflecting the writing from the opposite wall.
That means one photograph physically captures two stages of the writing at once:
the final writing on the mirror…
and the intermediate Boston/“Command” material reflected behind it.
That helps establish something I’ve become increasingly interested in:
table → wall → mirror may actually matter.
Not simply because they were three places someone wrote, but because information changes as it moves between them.
Boston May Be the Pivot
Boston now behaves differently from every other major reference.
It appears on the table.
It survives onto the wall.
It becomes dramatically emphasized there.
Then it disappears from the mirror.
That pattern makes Boston look less like an answer and more like an intermediate pivot.
And Boston has independently verifiable relationships with several other table references.
The connection to 9/11 is particularly strong: American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175 departed Boston’s Logan International Airport before striking the World Trade Center.
An even stranger Boston–Las Vegas connection is buried in the history of September 11.
Delta Flight 1989 also departed Logan that morning—bound for Las Vegas.
After the attacks, air traffic controllers suspected it might have been another hijacked aircraft.
It wasn’t. The plane landed safely in Cleveland.
That doesn’t prove the graffiti refers to Delta 1989.
But it means Boston, 9/11, and Las Vegas actually intersect inside the historical event itself, rather than being connected only through modern flights or coincidence.
That’s exactly the kind of distinction this investigation now requires.
What About MS-13?
This is where the hypothesis gets tested, not protected.
MS-13 also has a documented connection to Boston.
The gang has had significant activity in the greater Boston area, including East Boston, Chelsea, and surrounding communities.
Yet MS-13 disappears after the table.
If Boston were simply a filter selecting everything associated with Boston, MS-13 should survive.
It doesn’t.
That’s a contradiction—and an important one.
A useful theory has to explain the evidence that doesn’t fit, not just the evidence that does.
And Then There’s Neo
Neo appears on the table.
It disappears on the wall.
Then it returns on the mirror.
We’ve investigated several possible meanings, including the Boston-connected Neo startup focused on security and control of autonomous AI agents.
The timing makes that possibility intriguing because the Better Buzz writing appeared July 20–21, 2026, during the same period when Neo was emerging publicly.
But there’s an important line I won’t cross:
The graffiti says “neo.”
It does not say “Neo AI,” “Neo Security,” or name the company.
So that connection remains a hypothesis.
Still, Neo’s strange behavior across the surfaces makes the word difficult to ignore:
TABLE: neo
↓
WALL: absent
↓
MIRROR: neo returns
The New Working Theory
The strongest explanation right now may actually be simpler than the AI theory I’ve been exploring.
Mind mapping.
The table looks increasingly like an exploratory mind map containing people, organizations, places, events, and possible relationships.
The wall looks like a second stage where one concept—Boston—was selected or expanded.
And the mirror looks like a distilled result.
In simplified form:
TABLE — EXPLORE
Boston
MS-13
Neo
9/11 / Twin Towers
John Wood / Syndicate
Sunset / Rainbow / Las Vegas
Secret Service
1 of 8
↓
WALL — REFINE
BOSTON
Launch
Command
Default
Deform
other unresolved terms
↓
MIRROR — DISTILL
9/11
Twin Towers
1 OF 8
ATTACKS COMPLETE
PLEASE CONTACT SECRET SERVICE
neo
That doesn’t prove an AI workflow.
A human being could absolutely think this way.
But it does raise a much more interesting possibility than three disconnected acts of graffiti:
Someone may have been working something out.
And that changes the question.
I’m no longer primarily asking:
What does the writing on the mirror mean?
I’m asking:
What process began on the table, passed through Boston on the wall, and ended with the message on the mirror?
Because if the mirror is the conclusion, then the answer isn’t written on the mirror.
It’s buried in the branches that were left behind on the table—and in whatever happened to them on the wall.
That’s where the investigation goes next.
Meanwhile…
