Memorial Day Weekend, I’m grateful for the extra day off.
Last week, I spent an extra day covering for a co-worker who took an extra day off; I assumed it was necessary. Despite the days of chaos, I somehow got through it. My mother-in-law’s appointment with the oncologist went well; the oncologist confirmed the family’s plan, so the next steps are underway.
Tomorrow is my wedding anniversary; 35 years together.
