YouTube – Write Now and Later

YouTube is doing well.

There were a few earthquakes in Oklahoma, a couple being 4.4 magnitude. Winter storms continue across the US. An avalanche occurred at Tahoe. Taiwan’s elections are at the center of China and US relations.

My co-worker and I presented the completed project dashboard at our team meeting. I had the opportunity to share my frustrations about another project with my boss yesterday, so I did. We’ll see what happens.

I’m updating my Patreon and other social media platforms. YouTube is doing well so far. I posted a sketchbook drawing on my community page, which was well-received overall. I haven’t watched “Echo,” but it is on my to-do list.

Keep my emotions in check.

I went to bed early last night due to feeling extremely tired, and I woke up feeling extremely tired. It is raining with sleet and unexpected. The drive to work was busy but not as treacherous as usual in this weather.

YouTube made a valuable update to the studio app.

Today’s agenda: keep my emotions in check and get through the day.

Another week to push through.

The weekend went by quickly again. I spent Sunday being creative and mentally preparing for the week ahead. I did some artwork and made a couple of videos.

I checked in with my brother; it was around this time, three years ago, that we found out about my father’s illness with cancer. It was my brother who took care of my father’s affairs up to the time of his death. I think more drama is headed our way.

She told me about a guy she met who wasn’t interested in her.

I had another weird dream last night.

Spaceships were attacking from the sky while people were running from people with zombie-like tendencies. I was beneath a hovering spaceship that opened its cabin door when a zombie-like person leaped inside, and the vehicle fell on top of me. I was not hurt, so I got out from under it and started running. I ran to an area that looked like something out of Star Wars. Factions/clans were assembling and marching to war. I found a room to lay low and met a woman who looked like someone I’d seen on YouTube. She told me about a guy she met who wasn’t interested in her. There was another person in the room with us, and I noticed him chewing on a table. She said he might be teething.

Then I woke up.

It’s the last Sunday of the month.

I did a live stream for the Royal Rumble event last night. Despite the technical challenges, it was fun. I will probably do it again soon. The NFL conference championship games are today. I think the 49ers and the Chiefs will win.

I’m feeling a little beaten this week; the long hours and shorter days might have something to do with it.

Jaxx is feeling better and has the zoomies.

I watched the Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 trailer. It is James Gunn’s last film with Marvel Studios.

It’s been four months working at the new company. I’ve realized that I’m a writer and artist pretending to be a corporate employee. One identity makes me happy the other puts food on the table.

There’s a cosplay expo in town next weekend; maybe I’ll go.

Another weekend gone. I did a few sketches to take my mind off things.

Jaxx had his last vet appointment on Saturday. He registered at 18-weeks old and 6.2 pounds. He received his final shot for the year. Everyone loves him.

Daylight Saving Time ended yesterday. Gaining back the hour lost feels more like a bi-annual game of hot potato. I went to bed early last night. The night seems darker than usual.

My mind continue to wander frequently. I’m often caught with an expressionless stare off into the distance. Maybe it’s stress, maybe it’s something else.

The full moon was beautiful, this morning.

The morning drive to work is indicative of the vibe this week. I am having a hard time mentally dealing with things.

My job isn’t getting better, and the ad-hoc assignments that have nothing to do with my role are triggering negative memories and feelings from my previous job. I completed my 90-day probation; it was the longest 3-months of the year.

There are several things due for repairs both home and autos; a financial challenge for the most part.

Reading the comments from a video I posted a week ago. Some things should go without saying.

My in-laws seem to be doing well, all things considered. No unplanned trips to the hospital are a win in my book.

Happy Halloween.

My car passed an emissions test, which is good news.

Over the weekend, I created a reaction video on YouTube that went viral. Most of the comments were positive the ones that weren’t affected me deeply.

I watched Guillermo del Toro’s “Cabinet of Curiosity” on Netflix. My favorite episodes were “Lot 36,” “Pickman’s Model,” “Graveyard Rats,” and “Dreams in the Witch House.”
